During these uncertain times, the health and safety of our employees and customers are our utmost priority.
Although our fulfilment networks are fully operational, there have been some slight changes as a result of the times we are in. In other to adhere to the social distancing rules in our warehouses, we have limited the number of staff that can work at a given time. Unfortunately, this has affected the order processing time as it would now take up to 7 business days.
Additionally, the shipping time has been impacted due to the delays that our partner delivery carriers are experiencing. As a result, delivery would take approximately 3 weeks.
