If you are having issues with your order we can exchange your order that are having sizing issues or are defective. All exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchange for different colours. We always ship the colour that is selected when the order is placed. Please confirm that you have selected the correct size and colour before submitting your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders are fulfilled for shipment within 24 hours of being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Order changes and cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours under the condition that the order has not been fulfilled.
Please do not send your exchange back to our distribution facility.

If you are not happy with your order for whatsoever reason, or you received the wrong order and if your order is permanently damaged during delivery, we can offer either a full refund or to resend your order.
If you select a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Afterwards, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
